Making Property Changes?
Thinking you want to add, modify, or replace a structural improvement to your existing home or property (for example, putting a shed on your property, adding a structure or landscaping visible to your neighbors, replacing your roof, or putting an addition onto your home)?
As a property owner in the Meadowwood Homeowner's Association, it is very important to contact and submit an Architectural Application to The Meadowwood Vistas' Architectural Committee before you start your project. This way you can make sure that your improvements are in compliance with The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions that your property is subject to.
Please contact the head of our Architectural Committee, Don Conner, at least 1 month prior to your project start date.
Want to get a head start? You can fill out the online Architectural Application (or you can print out the application, fill it out and then contact Don Conner for approval).
*Only residents of Meaddowwood Vistas HOA have access to these applications. It's easy and FREE. Just click on the Application link and you will be prompted on the next screen to logon or register (if you haven't already registered).
